Ingredients
  • 1 scoop (31g) Protein Powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp almond milk/water
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • ⅛ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Steps
  1. Combine protein powder, baking powder, egg, melted butter and almond milk in a coffee mug.
  2. Mix thoroughly removing as many lumps as possible with a fork.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Enjoy!
