Ingredients
- 1 scoop (31g) Protein Powder
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp almond milk/water
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ⅛ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Steps
- Combine protein powder, baking powder, egg, melted butter and almond milk in a coffee mug.
- Mix thoroughly removing as many lumps as possible with a fork.
- Microwave for 1 minute. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Enjoy!
