Ingredients
  • 4 cups grated zucchini (about 2 medium-large)

  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp chili pepper flakes optional but strongly recommended
  • 2 to 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil to cook the fritters
