Ally’s Chicken Stir-fry
Ingredients
  • Chicken tenderloins or breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • Rice noodles (cooked to package directions)
  • Frozen Stir-fry Vegetables
  • ½ Cup Low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ Cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • Sprinkle of Ginger
  • Red Pepper Flakes (use your judgment)
Steps
  1. 1. All measurements are approximate. Use your judgment of how much chicken you should make. Same with noodles. And vegetables.
  2. 2. Mix soy sauce, chicken broth, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. 3. Heat up veggies on the stove. After awhile, add sauce, chicken and noodles.
  4. 4. Stir it up.
  5. 5. Eat it.
