Beef Bourguignon Recipe (Beef Burgundy)
Ingredients

  • 2 ½ to 3 cups hot water
  • 2 ½ teaspoons Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 18 to 20 pearl onions, peeled
  • 1 pint baby portobella mushrooms, sliced
