  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup granulated cane sugar
  • ½ cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup gfJules™ Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa (if using Irish Cream)
  • 3 Tbs. Irish Cream Liqueur (or orange juice or lemon juice)
  • ¼ cup boiling water

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (dairy or vegan Cream Cheese)
  • 1 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
  • ½ cup full fat canned coconut milk (14 grams or more fat) OR heavy cream
  • ½ chocolate bar to make chocolate shavings (optional - not recommended if using juice instead of Irish Cream and cocoa)
