Mini Loaded Baked Potatoes

1 to 1.5 Pounds Baby potatoes

2 Tbs Olive oil

Salt (to taste)

¼ to ½ Cup Cheddar cheese, hand shredded

¼ Cup Sour cream

¼ Cup Bacon bits

1 Tbs Chives
