  • 10 ounces (283g) cream cheese, at room temperature

  • ¼ teaspoon coconut extract, optional, for enhanced flavor*
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon (35g) coconut milk powder*
  • 4 ¼ to 4 ½ cups (482g to 510g) confectioners' sugar
