Coconut Pie Crust
Ingredients
  • 1 cup nut flour (I used almond flour)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (I ran them through the food processor for a second)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp sweetener (golden/brown adds a great flavor)
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted (¼ cup for cooked crust)
Steps
  1. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add meted butter and mix well. I use my hands and squeeze into a dough.
  3. Press into a pie pan, across bottom and up the sides.
  4. Chill until set for cold pie or bake at 350 for 13 minutes for baked pie.
  5. Fill shell with pie fillings of choice.
  6. Chill or bake according to recipe of choice.
