Black Pepper Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 small shallots or 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated or minced
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or brown sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cornstarch, divided
