Ground Beef Lo Mein
Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup thinly sliced scallions (white and light green parts)
  • 2 Tbs canola oil
  • 1 Tbs toasted sesame oil
  • 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 1 lb dried linguine
  • ¾ cup reserved pasta water
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 3 Tbs apricot jam
  • 1 tsp each onion and garlic powder
  • ½ to 1 tsp Sriracha
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tb toasted sesame seeds (optional)
  • Chopped scallions or chives for garnish (optional)
