Basil & Scallion Oil Noodles
Ingredients
  • ½ cup finely-chopped basil leaves
  • ¼ cup finely-chopped scallions
  • Handful of cilantro (dhaniya)
  • 1 to 2.5 tbsp minced ginger
  • 3 to 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 to 3 tsp gochugaru / chilli flakes
  • 2 to 3 tsp sesame seeds
  • (Adjust according to taste, eg adding more ️ for spice or garlic if you like!)
