Ingredients
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 cups freshly brewed hot coffee or espresso
  • 4 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup stevia/erythritol Blend like Pyure (or  ¼ cup maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup whipped heavy cream or coconut cream, optional
