Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Tuscan kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup quinoa, rinsed

  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
