I have 2 jobs, and I love my iPot!! It’s made me enjoy cooking!! (Now if someone would just invent self-cleaning dishes, I’d be sooo happy)!

4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, plus 4 to 5 tablespoons for the skillet

2 large eggs

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Whipped cream, for serving
