Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes, cubed and boiled
- 7 eggs, hard boiled and diced
- Diced onion (I use a quarter white onion for mine but adjust to your taste)
- Dill pickle relish, let's say 4 Tbsp
- 1 small jar pimentos
- ¾ c mayo (none of that light crap. Go for full octane mayo, preferably homemade)
- ½ lb sour cream
- ⅓ spicy brown mustard
- Cracked pepper to taste
- Ranch seasoning (I use a packet when lazy but otherwise, go online and find the spice mix recipe for ranch that you like most and use that!)
