  • 2 tablespoons (or more) reserved cooking liquid
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon hot paprika (or cayenne pepper)
  • Chopped parsley to garnish
