Ingredients
  • 1 C. Gluten-free Rolled Oats
  • ½ C. Nut-free butter (i.e. Sunbutter)
  • ⅓ C. Liquid Sweetener (Agave, Brown Rice Syrup, Pure Maple Syrup)*
  • 1 C. Unsweetened Coconut shreds or flakes
  • ½ C. Ground flaxseed (Flax meal)
  • 1 TB. Chia seed
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
  • ½ C. Dairy-free Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life brand or use Cocoa nibs)
