Parmesan Grated Cheese - Vegan
Nut Cheese
Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ¾ cup ground almonds
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tblsp onion flakes
  • 1 garlic clove - large
  • 2 tsp miso paste - white
  • ⅛ tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until fine powder
  2. Store in refrigerator
