  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup onions chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup green onion chopped
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 16oz can tomato sauce
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Juice from one squeezed lemon
  • Seafood seasoning to taste
  • 3lbs med. Shrimp peeled and deveined
  1. Using a black iron pot melt butter, then add cooking oil… Saute all seasonings and veggies for 5minutes…
