For the glaze: can half this. Makes too much icing

6 oz. unsweetened chocolate

¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cups powdered sugar

½ cup sour cream, at room temperature

¼ cup brewed coffee, cooled

¼ cup half and half or cream
