  • Melissa Carlstedt - Cooked 5 frozen chicken breasts with ½ cup broth and added soy sauce to coat the breasts for 10 min manual and natural release until pin dropped (about 15 min). Let cool then sliced.
  • 2 cups of Basmati Rice with the strained cooking liquid/broth (I got 2 cups) from cooking the breasts, added another cup of broth to make 3, added the zest of 1 lime and ¼ t. salt. 3 minutes on manual with 10 min. natural release. Then followed the recipe for roasting veggies and making the peanut sauce.
