  • 100g (0.2 lbs) Chinese broccoli (gai larn), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 350g store-bought fresh rice noodles
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • chilli powder to serve

  • ⅓ cup (1.6 oz) tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1¼ cups (10 oz) water, plus extra if needed.
