Ingredients
  • 1 packet Pasta Shells, cooked until just al dente
  • 400g Tin Tuna (any brand is fine but Sirena Tuna in Oil is our favourite for this recipe)
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 small Brown Onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Chopped parsley
  • 600ml Thickened Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Finely ground pepper (or lemon pepper)
  • 2 teaspoons Cornflour
  • 2 cups Mozarella Cheese, shredded or grated
