Cheesy Chicken Recipe
(Prep + Cook Time: 36 minutes | Serves: 4)

Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless; skinless chicken breasts
  • 16-ounce tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 ⅓ cups mozzarella cheese; shredded
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese; grated
  • 1 ½ tbsp. butter
  • Salt; to taste
Steps
  1. Place the oil in the Instant Pot and select *Sauté*. Then add the chicken breast and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes or until browned completely
  2. Select the *Cancel* and place the remaining ingredients except mozzarella on top chicken breasts.
  3. Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to *Seal Position*.
  4. Select *Poultry* and just use the default time of 15 minutes
  5. Select the *Cancel* and carefully do а *Quick Release*.
  6. Remove the lid and immediately, sprinkle with mozzarella. Immediately, secure the lid and place the pressure valve to *Seal Position* for about 5 minutes. Serve hot
  7. Divide the mixture into 4 containers evenly.
  8. Cover the containers and refrigerate for up to 2 days
  9. Reheat in the microwave before serving
