Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Phid Stine's Recipe

2 c. Zucchini, grated

1 c. Sugar

1 c. Brown Sugar

1 c. Oleo

2 t. Baking Soda

2 t. Vanilla

2 Eggs, beaten

4 c. Flour

1 c. Nuts, chopped

1 t. Salt

2 c. Chocolate Chips

Place cookie sheets in freezer as you prepare the dough. Also place them in there between cooking

Combine Zucchini, sugar, brown sugar, oleo, baking soda, and vanilla

Add eggs

Add flour, nuts, and salt

Fold in chocolate chips

Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet

Bake @ 375° for 12 minutes
