Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 14 oz of canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 lb of chicken breast, 1" cubes
  • 1 ½ cups butternut squash, 1" cubes
  • ¼ cup 2% evaporated milk
  • 1 ½ cups frozen peas, cooked
  • 3 cups brown rice, cooked
  • 6 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
