  • 4.5 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup dried black beans, unsoaked (see notes for using canned black beans)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt & pepper
  • Avocado (for topping)
  • Diced roma tomates (for topping)
  • broth or water for the dried beans (1/2 cup if using canned beans)
