Shredded Steak and Gravy On Toast
Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 frozen steaks (about 2 lbs worth)
  • 1 ½ cups red wine (cabernet or pinot noir are my favorites)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons water
