  • ¼ lb pork, rump or shank (140 g)
  • 1 ½ tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Shao Hsing Rice Wine
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp corn or potato starch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp concentrated chicken stock essence or ½ cup chicken stock
