Dutch Oven Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Use 1 cup sourdough discard in place of 1/2 cup water and about 3/4 cup flour. Adjust as needed
Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for shaping and baking
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ½ teaspoon dry active yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 ½ cups lukewarm water, (110 degrees F)
