Ingredients

- 450 g freshly squeezed lemon juice, Approx. 12 lemons dependant on juice content
- 345 g filtered water
- 1 tsp lemon zest, grated, zest the lemon before juicing
- 3 tsp citric acid
- 430 g sugar, To make a sweeter cordial, use white sugar. If you prefer a richer flavour use a less-refined sugar eg. Rapadura
