Bakery-Cake: Brian's Carrot Cake for Two

Ingredients
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- ¾ cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 eggs
Steps
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour all into a 9 X 9 X 2 inch cake pan and bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Frost with Cream Cheese or Brown sugar frosting. (Bakery-Frosting: Brown Sugar Frosting)
