Mango Lassi (5 Min, Vegetarian)
Ingredients
  • 1 ripe mango (a soft, ready mango is essential here)
  • 1¼ cup yogurt (use your fave yogurt - soy, dairy, no-fat or low-fat)
  • 2½ cup water
