Sourdough Man’Oushe ( Za’Atar Flatbread)
Sourdough Man’oushe ( Za’atar Flatbread) is made with sourdough starter, flour and za’atar spice. The unique spice blend makes any bread very delicious
Ingredients
  • 1 cup/ 250g warm water plus more as needed
  • ¼ cup /45g Sourdough starter
  • 1 tablespoon 19 grams honey
  • 3 cups 360 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon 6 grams kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons 9 grams extra-virgin olive oil

  • ⅓ cup 85 grams extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup 30g za’atar
  • Cornmeal for adding to baking sheet prevent flatbread from sticking.
