Pot Roast in IP

My fav roast recipe is 1 pk each ranch powder, Italian dressing mix and brown gravy. 1.5 c water. Sear roast first, mix together ingredients and pour over roast. Lift roast just enough to get some of the liquid under it. High pressure 60 to 90 min and natural release. Makes the best tasting roast and gravy.

2 cans of coke, one packet of dry onion soup mix, roast. 50 minutes (90 if frozen) NR
