Green Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
  • single serving vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 small granny smith apple skin, cut in chunks
  • ¼ spinach
  • ¼ whey protein
  • 2 T water
  • 2 t coconut oil
  • handfull of ice
Steps
  1. Place first 5 ingredients in blender and whip until smooth
  2. Add coconut oil and ice and whip to desired consistency
