Ingredients
  • 250ml Macadamian flour
  • 50ml coconut flour
  • 50ml flax flour
  • 25ml psyllium husk powder
  • 50ml sesame seeds
  • 50ml sunflower seeds
  • 50ml pumpkin seeds
  • All seeds finely milled
  • 20ml baking powder
  • 5ml himalayan salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 250ml double cream yogurt
  • 500ml full cream milk
Steps
  1. 1. Grind all the seeds as finely as possible.
  2. 2. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Set aside.
  3. 3. Mix the remaining ingredients together.
  4. Combine all ingredients spoon into a prepared a prepared loaf pan & Bake at 180°F for 60 minutes allow to cool slightly before slicing.
