Ingredients
- 250ml Macadamian flour
- 50ml coconut flour
- 50ml flax flour
- 25ml psyllium husk powder
- 50ml sesame seeds
- 50ml sunflower seeds
- 50ml pumpkin seeds
- All seeds finely milled
- 20ml baking powder
- 5ml himalayan salt
- 5 eggs
- 250ml double cream yogurt
- 500ml full cream milk
Steps
- 1. Grind all the seeds as finely as possible.
- 2. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Set aside.
- 3. Mix the remaining ingredients together.
- Combine all ingredients spoon into a prepared a prepared loaf pan & Bake at 180°F for 60 minutes allow to cool slightly before slicing.
