Vegan Richa's Bombay Potatoes
Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala or more to taste
  • 3 medium Yukon gold potatoes cut into ½-inch [1cm] pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • 1 cup water , or more as needed
  • 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen peas
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • Fresh lemon juice to taste (optional)
