Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets with skin
  • subheading: In a bowl mix:
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Marinate salmon in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Grill on 250° 2 minutes on skin side, then flip and 2 more minutes.
  • subheading: Topping:
  • 2 avocados diced
  • ¼ diced red onion
  • 1 lime squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • Sprinkle with chopped flat leaf parsley.
  • Yayyyy!!!!
