  • ⅛ teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 1 cup (or more) low sodium or no-salt-added vegetable broth
  • 1 ½ cups or 1 (15 ounce) can low sodium cannellini (or other) beans, drained
  • 2 teaspoons flavored vinegar or sherry wine vinegar
