Ingredients
  • ½ lb Baby Butter beans
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • Plain yogurt
  • subheading: Spring sauce:
  • Handful of any herbs (I used a mixture of parsley and cilantro)
  • Handful of nuts (I used pistachios)
  • ½ large lemon
  • Olive oil (pour until you are ¼ way up the herbs)
  • Splash of vinegar
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Splash of water to make it blendable
  • ¼ jalapeño (optional)
