Sweetcorn & Halloumi Fritters with Mint Yogurt
Ingredients
  • 2 Essential Sweetcorn
  • 250 g pack halloumi, coarsely grated
  • 2 tsp nigella seeds
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 clove/s garlic, crushed
  • 6 salad onions, finely sliced
  • 3 British Blacktail Free Range Medium Eggs, beaten
  • 4 tbsp self-raising flour
  • 200 ml olive oil, for frying
  • 1 lime, in wedges, to serve
  • subheading: For the yogurt:
  • 250 g natural Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 25 g mint, leaved picked and finely chopped
