Juicy Tender Instant Pot Ham
Ingredients
  • 8 to 9 lbs Bone-in Uncut Ham: 20 minutes 30 minutes Natural Release
  • 6 to 7 lbs Bone-in Uncut Ham: 15 minutes 30 minutes Natural Release
  • Spiral Ham (Cut Ham): 3 minutes 20 minutes Natural Release will be warm enough
  • Check internal temperature at its’ thickest part with an accurate food thermometer.
  • note: Pro Tip: 95°F (35°C) - 110°F (43°C) is plenty hot enough to serve a piece of ham. Especially with some hot pineapple sauce! If for some reason, the ham is at 80°F (27°C), place the lid back on and pressure cook the ham at High Pressure for another 5 minutes and 10 minutes Natural Release.
