  • 2 tablespoons ( 25 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ( 30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ( 10 ml) water

  • ¾ cup ( 170 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2¾ cups ( 340 g) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons ( 30 ml) Cherry Jam

  • 14 pitted cherries
  • ⅓ cup ( 56 g) chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
