Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb prime rib
- 1 ½ cups Red Wine
Steps
- Set out until Beef is at room temperature.
- Rub it down with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Put beef in Instant Pot with wine.
- Cook at high pressure for 40 minutes.
- NPR 10 minutes.
- Pull roast out and let set for 20 minutes under aluminum foil
