  • 1 tablespoon concentrated apple juice*
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup millet or cornmeal
  • ¼ cup flaxseed
  • ¼ cup raw cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional) (helps waffle keep its shape when cool)
