Red Bell Pepper Dressing
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Total time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
  • ½ red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon arrowroot powder
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • TIP: This is a dressing for stage 2
Steps
  1. Blend the ingredients with ½ cup of water until smooth. Serve over any Phase 2 salad or as a dip with any raw Phase 2 veggies.
  2. TIP: Feel free to use prepared mustard in this recipe, as long it doesn’t include sugar or artificial ingredients.
