Ingredients
- 6 eggs-room temperature
- 2 sticks butter-room temperature
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 oz sour cream
- 3 c flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt (optional-Shameka's addition)
- 1 tbs almond extract
- ½ to 1 tbs lemon extract (Gma used 1)
- ½ tbs vanilla extract (our addition)
- Baker's Joy
- Make Your favorite glaze
- subheading: Here is mine's:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- splash of vanilla
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (optional if you want it extra extra lemony)
- If you double glaze dont double the zest. It makes it too lemony.
