Ingredients
  • 1 Pk cauliflower rice.
  • 1 to 2 TBS mayo or sour cream.
  • 3 Slices of bacon (partially cooked)
  • Shredded cheese
  • Eggs as needed
  • Shallot
  • Salt & pepper
Steps
  1. -In a bowl mix cauliflower rice, mayo, shallot s&p.
  2. -Press into baking pan cups.
  3. -Top with shredded cheese, bacon and and egg.
  4. -Bake in 350 oven 10 minutes or until done.
Notes
  • Off my head, haven't done yet.
