Healthy Apple Pie Oatmeal Bars
Ingredients
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup creamy/runny peanut butter (either Whole Foods brand or Trader Joe’s. if yours is harder and not runny, add some almond milk to the mixture so it’s not too dry)
  • 2 cups chopped apples (cut into very tiny pieces so they bake)
  • ½ cup cream cheese for topping if you want!
